Wow, I was just going through my computer, taking a little "walk down memory lane" and I came upon one of my oldies, the Sherbet kit.
This kit is like a real step back in time for me... back to a time when I was new to digiscrapping, when I collected every freebie I could get my hand on...
When I knew nothing of blend modes. When layer effects were still a mystery to me. When finding a free kit was near impossible, and you raced to be one of the first 100 on the yousendit so you could get the limited edition freebie before the price got put up at 9 bucks.
Back when I wanted to scrap inspiring thoughts, not photos of my kid. Back when I knew nothing of using a pattern fill so all my patterned papers were truly random.
It's amazing to me, how a scrap kit can take you back.
Today I sat down and did a simple kit, and didn't worry about if I thought it was trendy and cutting edge. I wanted to have FUN, who cares what tools I use or don't use. I wanted it to be one that I never woulda bought in the paper scrap world, but that I would definitely adore in the digiscrap world lol. I wanted Pink. I wanted novelty. I wanted it to be one my 3 year old daughter would love.
And I designed this. Berry Delight! Yes, the title has an exclamation point on it. Everything my daughter loves has an exclamation point on it.And then I made a little gift for you too. Because I couldn't stop one I got started!
Download this little add on here. It matches the new Berry Delight! kit in a great way, but will still be useful to you without it. Everyone should have a little green polka dot alpha and element set to match just hangin in her closet.
