Berry Delightful Freebie

I told you I would have a freebie that coordinated with my breakfast yesterday, but then in the hustle and bustle of Sunday, I just didn't get it on the blog! But here I am to make it up to you, bright and early Monday morning.


I hope you had a berry delightful weekend. Today is my first official day of not having to get up to go to work, yet I am up at 5 AM. Sounds like a good day to make some more Strawberry pancakes. They are a treat in our house, we only make them now and then, and they were especially good because we got to use fresh strawberries instead of frozen. All we do is mash up the strawberries and add a bit of sugar, then heat them up in the microwave... they go great on pancakes with cool whip on top. And of course Maia loves them.

I also have been adding more commercial use products to my arsenal. I love using real life objects in my design and try to do it as often as I have them available. My mom is a huge resource of good stuff for scrapbooking even though she doesn't scrap herself. She sews. These buttons came out of her sewing kit this weekend :)
