Hi Elizabeth, just wanted to wish you good luck with your diet. I was on steroids in 2005, eye drops for inflamation and I put on half a stone, also again this year for the other eye. I am STILL trying to get rid of the fat deposits, they are a nightmare. I wish you all the luck in the world.
