Got Mail?

This little add-on is in response to your requests in the comments. Thank you for the suggestions. I also got a suggestion for some ribbons, going to work on that if I can...

In the meantime, check out this cute little add-on, full of grungy looking aged envelopes, word art, and a couple journal choices. Also a tag and an envelope tie are included. These go with the color scheme of the Minty Cocoa and Camo sets available in earlier posts (and still available) on my blog.
Download them here
Freebie hunters, please share this freebie with your friends by simply referring them to this blog. Do not give them the file link directly please. I have a lot to offer them if they come here first!
Now a question for comments: If you had to choose one element or trendy scrapping item to use in EVERY layout you created, what would it be? Curious minds want to know.

great little kit!! thanks so much!! the answer to your question would probably be frames. I LOVE frames. :)

This one kind of grew on me. I think it was the envelope that did it. The colors are grate. Thanks a bunch.

Thanks for all the pieces of this kit. As for your question, I use a frame on most pages because they can set the mood and change the feeling of the page.

Thank you for this add-on! I love that it coordinates with previous stuff.

I'm a new digi-scrapper, with only two layouts under my belt, so it's hard to say. I just thought for a couple minutes, and it's REALLY hard to say, without more experience, but I'm having fun thinking about it!

What I'm drawn to is any element, paper, or whatnot that looks like a kind of home, office, school, etc. paper, smooth or crinkled, grungy or edge-glittered or otherwise enhanced. Grid paper, Notebook lined paper, the tear off paper with the little punched out holes at the top, ledger paper, even invoice looking stuff, stuff that looks like things I'd scribble on at home, like receipts, bill and/or junk mail envies, torn packaging, etc.

Is there any packing tape embellishments out there? smooth, wrinkled, various colors of it like clear, packing tape light brownish tan, etc?

Thanks for the freebie, it's very cute. As for your question, lately I'd say inked edges. I think every page I've done in the past several weeks I've inked the edges before I was through.

Thanks for sharing these great new elments. About your question, I love papers; lots of them. I usually layer multiple papers in each page.

i'm a papers girl. i love to use papers in my LO's. so i think stitches might be my favorite element. they are great for joining papers and adding a little texture. your kit is looking great (just not my colors)! you've added some fab stuff to this one! tfs!

Hi Thanks for this kit. For me, the elements really don't do it normally, so I would have to say the papers. I layer many of them, creating mats, frames, cutting out words, making ribbons. Everything comes down to a paper (or 3 or 5!) and the ones I keep coming back to are those that really have depth and character. Thanks for sharing all your wonderful gifts!

Such a great kit. Thank you :-D

About your question: a little silvery flower (similar as the one in your cream & mint kit, but a lot smaller.
