Yes I am still losing. I am a BIG FAT LOSER, my mom says. I started this dieting at 269.5 lbs. I am at 261.5 today. I am slowly but surely seeing progress! My jeans already fit better!
I have made this word art for more scrapping about Diets. Some of it's just funny, but you will notice one of these is in the shape of a tank top... I want to feel comfortable in a tank top that has stringy straps, don't we all?
This week we tried some new recipes. Tonight we had a take on Chicken Cordon Bleu. Basically, I fried up 4 chicken breasts to brown the outside, then I slit the breasts so I could layer some ham and swiss cheese in the middle, then I put a little chicken broth over them and baked them in the oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. They turned out AWESOME! And totally good for us low carb dieters.
