If there be no remedy, why worry? - Spanish proverb
I have a disease that has no real cure. It will always be with me. I have been sick for over a year now with an unknown phantom that was eating at my brain slowly. Now at least it has a name...
I ran across the proverb today and it really kinda hit home. I am not a religious woman, just a spiritual one. I have given much thought to the fact that this could all be part of the bigger plan for me. But what does it mean??? My faith in the bigger plan has never faltered. I just wish I knew the whole story, does it have a happy ending?
I have decided to stop worrying so much. It isn't doing me any good. I have decided that this one thing, this one little... BIG issue... well, it's way too big to carry on my own shoulders. So I will take what little bit I can, handle it, and leave the rest up to whoever wrote the book to figure out.
And that is that.
Now onto scrapbooking talk... I made a template tonight. I want to play with it some before I post it. I also am in the middle of several papers, embellishments, and word art packs... I swear I can never finish a project, just start them. I will finish some soon and post them too.
I have nothing but time :) How about you?

There is another proverb that comes to mind, this one also a Spanish proverb.
"A proverb is a short sentence based on long experience"
So, there is usually some truth to it. Usually, but not always.
As for the "bigger plan", I like this quote from William Jennings Bryan:
"Destiny is not a matter of chance, it is a matter of choice; it is not a thing to be waited for, it is a thing to be achieved"
In other words, make your own "bigger plan". And good luck :-)
